Proposal Submission Guidelines (for SPAB Employees only)
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) invites proposals for projects under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your proposal is considered:
General Requirements
Proposals should align with AMRUT 2.0’s objectives in the domain of Historic cities (Cities like Ujjain), including heritage management, environment conservation, water supply, sewage management, urban green spaces, non-motorized transport, and climate resilience and the call for proposal.
Proposal Structure
Each proposal should include the following sections:
Cover Page
Details of team members
Executive Summary (max. 1 page)
Project Background
○ Context of the project, including the urban challenge it addresses.
○ Alignment with AMRUT 2.0 thematic focus areas.
Objectives and Outcomes
○ Clearly defined objectives.
○ Anticipated benefits, including measurable improvements in urban services and quality of life.
Program Design and Methodology
Detailed description of the training curriculum, Modes of delivery (e.g., in-person workshops, online modules, hybrid formats). Innovative and interactive teaching methods to be employed.
Target Audience
Description of the intended participants (e.g., government officials, technical staff, community members). Expected number of participants and selection criteria.
Proposed Budget
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on:
Relevance: Alignment with AMRUT 2.0 objectives and call for proposals.
Feasibility: Technical and financial viability.
Innovation: Use of modern technologies and practices.
Impact: Measurable benefits to urban communities.
Sustainability: Long-term resilience and environmental benefits.
Inclusivity: Focus on marginalized and vulnerable groups.
All proposals shall be evaluated by the Academic council of AMRUT 2.0 CUPCB. Due to limited funding, some of the selected projects may be considered in the next phase.
